I've had this problem for as long as i can remember. I play a couple ibanez's, and i use a small crate amp, and a slightly bigger raven combo. Whenever i play with distortion, or with a clean tone (slightly louder than when i play distorted), i hear a buzzing noise. What could this be? Is it a grounding issue, equipment issue, or what? It's hard to have a refined sound, when there is a constant buzz.

(sorry about the lack of detail on my equipment, but i just don't really think that's the problem)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's either bad cables, or you have some form of Electrical interference nearby (Outlets, Monitor Screens, high Voltage Cables, Electric motors, High powered lighting in very close proximity).
