Is it possible to have cosmetic damage repaired on the headstock of an acoustic guitar? I have a ding in the top right hand corner, it's no longer a sharp corner but a little squashed where the corner of the head hit the wall . Is this type of thing repairable?

Many thanks.
I guess fill it, sand it, refinish it...But to blend it so well would be a bitch, especially if it's stained wood...which most are obviously.

My answer is..it's a guitar, and it's meant to be played. These things will happen.

If you really need to fix it, it'll be a difficult process for something not really that worth it, imo.

good luck.
