I would like to apply for my learners permit but I don't know where to go to take the written test or if I need to call in to make an appointment to go take the test

this is for member of UG who live in Quebec who have this knowledge,

I did it through my high school when I was 15. Most high schools have a driving program. I don't know how it's done is Canada though.

Quebec offers it independently outside of school, they idiots like that.

If it's any similar to BC, you won't have to make an appointment. It'll probably cost some amount of money the first time (35 here), and then free for any retries.....I think. Your place to call is probably SAAQ.

they don't have the dmv in canada. they just got some other driving place.. but i live in ontario.. and i went to the driving place where you can do your roadtest... and they gave me my test for the g1(learners) for me it was outta 40 questions and yeh could only get 4 wrong

The driving test center employees are on strike until March, earliest

Just go to your ministry of transportation website and look it up.
