ik they happen, but i need a sure fire way of gettin em out... i got some on the body (more like my axe has been axed) and one on the pick guard. im not sure about the kind of wood used, but if anyone knows what kind of wood is used to make Squier standard Strats, please let me know... i found the right paint and stuff, thats the easy part of the repair, but i want to get rid of the lil gorge on it...

well, i can stick a quarter in it and its about that long and it goes to about the middle of georgies neck... its about 2 inches above the cable input. sorry about the pics... my cameras at home and im on campus...

Just fill it with wood putty or bondo. It'll be fine.
