Long story short, My friend needs money for tomorrow, and has a check written to his name for $100 as a refund from some company. However, the problem is, he has no bank account, and no STATE ID to be able to start one in necessary time.

Would there be any way for him to endorse the check to me, so i can cash it from my checking account?

I went to school stoned twice. the first time was a lot of fun, but the second time we had a guest speaker from the women's resource center come in, and talk about rape. I couldn't contain my laughter. Never again.

Fuck that, just sell some drugs, man.
If it were socially acceptable, I would drape myself in velvet.

....do you not have parents?

Thats the problem. For some INSANE reason his mother refuses to lend him his passport so he can open up a bank account.

I was gonna say that maybe his mom can cash the check (if he's under 18) but it sounds like she might be batshit crazy if she won't let him have his passport.
