First of all, not sure if this thread goes in this forum, but I just bought a used microKORG synthesizer, and the seller did not include a mic for the vocoder.
I don't know much at all about microphones, but I'm pretty sure that the vocoder input can either be from a condenser mic OR dynamic. I read that dynamic mics are more durable, cheaper, and less sensitive to ambient noise, so I'm looking for a cheapish one around the 30 dollar price range. However, the bit that gets me is that the microKORG has a slot on the back for a "goose neck microphone". The original mic fits into that slot pretty securely.
I'm really stuck on what to do. Worst case would be buying a mic and propping it up somehow.

Any ideas?
