Ok, so the sound guy at a church close to where I live is on vacation. He left instructions that I'd have to re-map everything, meaning bringing in the musicians and have them play, get the proper sound levels, proper monitoring, etc.

Anyways, I'm here, with the musicians. I've got their monitors hooked up and ready to go, and I told them to just keep on playing until I get all the volumes right and everything.

I got everything to what I thought was ok, listening through the headphones, but when I listened through the loud speakers, at the back of the church, everything seems like mud. I've tried adjusting my gains, and volumes, nothings working.

And to top it all off, I need to have this all done in an hour, so they can start a wedding prep.

Help, UG?
