Right, here's the story. I joined a gym a long time ago, back when I thought I liked working out (haha). Now, when I decided I wanted to cancel my membership, that was easy enough, I walked in, and just talked to them.

BUT. I had to call a (scumbag piece of shit) company to deactivate my account with them. As you can tell, this did not go so well. They want me to pay all kinds of extra fees just to deactivate, and send a letter requesting my desire to deactivate my account (which I already did...A FUCKING YEAR AGO) Apparently they just threw it away last time I did.

So, I wont go on any further, though pissed as I am, I could. You can find TONS of complaints about their thieving ways if you google it (ABC Financial) .

Never, ever join a gym who uses abc for billing.

Just tell me some legal ways to mess with them.
i need to hear some sounds that recognize the pain in me, yeah.

hmm. interesting, but wouldn't that require money?

I was personally thinking of flying down to arkansas, where they are located (this explains a lot) and sneaking in by splinter cell tactics, knocking out a janior, donning his uniform, and jello molding all of their staplers.

sue them for damages?

They've done this stuff to others. Even after contacting the better business bureau, they were told the only thing to do was pay them, and send the letter by certified mail (so you can prove you sent it, which I unfortunately, can't. but i will be his time.)
