Hey fellow axe freaks...I am running a JTM45 reissue and wondered if any other users had experienced fizzy/woolly response in the bottom end? You read about all sorts of mods for them but to be honest I'm not much of a technician. It has the stock valves and I run it through a Marshall 1922 cab.

Any remedies from anyone?

I hate the 1922 as a cab, it seems to do that to just about every amp I've tried it with. That's probably your problem. What speakers are in yours? The GT12-75s sound like that and if those are in there, I'd recommend a speaker swap, maybe even a new cab.
