I just recently bought an eleca electric guitar. I usually play acoustic and really don't know much about them. One thing, though, is that when I tune my strings, I've noticed that they seem out of tune when fretting open chords.

For example, if I play an open G chord, the D string and G string suddenly sound flat. If I bar it, it sounds fine. Does that make sense??

The intonation or tuning may be off.
