I have a MiM strat with a tweed strap. It constantly slips off. Not just one side either, both. I was wondering what strap locks strat users were using, or if you figured a way to get it from slipping without strap locks.

Honestly I use the rubber washer from Grolsch beer bottles. Just put on the strap and stretch the rubber washer over the strap button and bam! strap lock. Cheap, pretty reliable and you get some free beer out of the equation

Me too. I can't believe people actually pay for straplocks when I've been using the same set of rubber washers on my main guitar for about 5 years and have never dropped my guitar. Here's how it looks if you don't understand how it works:
