Do you think it's worth building a pedal instead of buying one that's ready to use?
It all depends on what your looking for. If you want one of those boutique pedals that sell for so much then yea you can probably build one for much less. If you want something like a big muff or ts9 with all the extra features the stock ones dont have then building is the way to go. It is something fun to do and you can build stuff you cant buy. You can also use higher quality parts vs what ever's cheapest a big company will use. Or get true bypass. But you cant beat companies like danlectro or behringer on price.
