Not many people know how to replace valves, particularly on something as weirdly made as a Blackstar HT-5 - they are very difficult to fix if anything goes wrong - so please be patient with UG.

I personally can't tell you whether that model will fit in, but have you contacted Blackstar themselves to find out? You can also contact Marshall or someone like that, as the owners of Blackstar are the ones who developed the DSL and TSL series from Marshall.

Why are you replacing the valves?

Any 12AX7/ECC83 tube will work in the HT-5.

As for the 12BH7, it's a unique tube that only EH produces currently. You may find a NOS version, but not likely. I say keep the stock power tube in there because it sounds and works just fine. The stock preamp tube is garbage though. So give another one a try.
