here's a couple ambient streams i use:

http://www.sleepbot.com/ambience/cgi/listen.cgi/listen.pls

http://somafm.com/dronezone.pls

http://s2.fairprice-streams.de:9070/listen.pls

those are my sleeping streams. first one is a "sleeping aural supplement", second is just minimalist electronica, third is for meditation but i think it'll work.

Just checked jynweythek ylow out, I was looking a bit more ambience-electronic-techno type. You know, with the melodies in the back, etc etc.
Idk how to describe it, not farmiliar with techno-electronic and its subgenres. Sorry

Edit:

Listening

Thanks!

Gravity -A Perfect Circle
Collapse the Light Into Earth -Porcupine Tree
Alone With the Sea- Hurt

There are more that I can't think of, but all three of those work wonders when you're tired.

EDIT: Just read the part about it being electronic >.<

Au Revoir Simone. A good female-fronted electronic trio. Their newest album is nice.

ATB is trance. Just look up some big trance names on youtube.

If you want some good ambient stuff, check out Carbon Based Lifeforms.
We ain't pushing the boundaries, we're blowing them up.
We ain't trying to expand the scene, we want the scene to erupt.

How did sleeping with music go for you?

Pretty nice, thanks.
Put on one of the streams, slept pretty fast.

Boards of Canada - Dayvan Cowboy, but all their stuff is good.
As for Aphex, maybe try "I", "Ageispolis", or "Tha".
