Well, I had the terrible luck of coming home from church last night to have my car suddenly not accelerate more than 20mph and die about 5 mins from my house. So after a checkup at a transmission shop today...i found out it needs a new one that'll be around $1650-1850.

FML....

seeing as how I dont have that much, even with money in the bank and me getting paid tomorrow...so i see the only way to get some money towards it is to sell my rig.

I'm looking for about $1200-1300 locally..anyone think my rig is worth that?

You'll get alot more for your rig if you're willing to separate each item and sell them individually.

If I were you I would check out ebay and see how much they are selling for.

Remember not to check how MUCH people are selling them for but how much people are actually bidding on them and buying them for.

Ebay is always a fantastic reference point. At the very least, it will tell you how much people are WILLING to pay for your gear.

I cannot tell you how much your gear is worth. The people that want to buy it are the ones that determine how much they are willing to spend on it.

if i'm correct, your rig seems worth much more than 1200 - 1300 , i'd estimate it to be about 2000, if not 2500 , i might be wrong, but i think its probably worth quite the pile of money , sucks that you have to let your gear go man.

you're a fucking retard.

i think i can safely assume your rig is worth more than the transmission, and it would be best to sell each item individually

You could just buy a bicycle instead...or a trike or a scooter, alot cheaper, and you get to keep your rig !

Thats why you have these things called legs.

Keep your gear. Walk to work.
Or ride the bus/bicycle.

Honestly, your gear is pretty good IMO. Not worth selling it!

that was a joke:P

but your second point was valid

you could get abotu $600-800 for the dsl
not sure abotu the washburn but i assume around $400 probably more
epiphone $200-400

so that covers it already really

Dude, I doubt you need to sell all of that to get the money you need. Just sell stuff you use the least.
