Hello, hello. I was wondering if someone might be able to recommend me a list of bands with live DVDs that might be worth looking into.

I just bought the Rise Against and Funeral For A Friend ones today, and have also watched the Story Of The year "Live In The Lou" production. What bands have DVDs along a similar vein (so not classic rock artists, which seem to form the majority of live music DVD performances)? Thanks!

On the road with the Dropkick Murphys is pretty good too.

I guess she's pretty hot if you're into that "having a good music video, but not better than Beyonce's" kind of thing...

If by gf you mean the 1tb drive of a porn i have on my computer, and by job you mean the admin time I spend on WoW, and by friends you mean the thousands of people on my myspace profile, and by life you mean im alive...

Actually, I'm open to metal, punk, hard rock or basically anything along those lines. As long as it's not pop, classic rock where the guitarists dress up in scary-looking tights or weird gyspy folk music. Any kind of modern rock is cool with me. I guess I put it into emo because that's where my tastes primarily lie, though. Thanks for the suggestions so far!

In particular, I'm interested in recommendations where the band actually puts on a good show. For example, the guitarists from Story Of The Year do some amazing flips and spins and basically just have excellent showmanship. Funeral For A Friend's musicians were pretty static and were more than a little disappointing, but hopefully this kind of represents what I'm looking for. I've recently become interested in watching live videos for performance tips, you see.

Thanks again, all!

EDIT: That "The Show Must Go Off!" DVD series looks brilliant! Thanks very much, alkalineweeman!
