So, today, for no reason, Cubase SX3 decided to stop working. everytime I start it, I get a critical error because of a file named "cubasesx3.LOG", which doesn't exist.
I tried re-installing Cubase 3 times now, and the problem still persists. does anyone know how I can fix this?

I used cubase back in the day and had some similar problems with bugs preventing me from doing basic things with the software. I hope you get your issue sorted out

huh, apparently all I had to do was update my drivers.

weird

Same here, but i had it with reaper (and every other programs using it's ASIO drivers). i thought it was just hating my new firewire interface, but new drivers fixed it. i guess it's the old driver for your interface that "went crazy".
