i recently got a Peavey speaker, but there's no source of power, just two inputs.
so i was wondering if i could use a tiny amp to act as the head and power it? is it possible?

Thats how all speakers are. Unless you buy a powered monitor or sub or something that has an amp built in.

A "tiny amp" ?

If what you are asking is if you can plug that speaker into your amp, then yes. Just make sure the impedance is matched to your amp. Your also probably going to need to wire a 1/4 jack to the speaker so you can plug it in. Once again make sure the impedance matches, or you can damage something.
