I'm in the market for a practice amp for practice with my band with out having to drag my cabinet around. Any suggestions in a price range of 100-250 dollars?

I'd suggest selling your Frontman for $150, your Spider for $200. Then, add on $200 for a budget of $550. Find a used Vetta, Peavey Vypyr Tube, Line 6 Spider Valve + SVPre Mod, or a Bugera 333XL.

EDIT: To be a little more specific, your two amp heads are, at least in most people's opinion, pretty bad. You'll be able to sell them and add money, like I mentioned, and get a good combo amp that will easily do both practice and gigs. The Vetta is the best option, but it's hard to find them used. Also, give me some styles of music and bands you play. Are cleans important to you? What cabinet do you have for the heads currently?

I play in a metal band but we play punk and rock too. i have an old traynor 4X12 cab, its not that bad. My heads are pretty bad but its all i could really afford. I do worry for cleans. I've heard good things about the vetta...

Not for what he plays. That won't be able to do metal. New idea:

Sell your two heads: $350
Sell your cab: $150?
Add most of your current budget: $200
Total Budget: ~$700 American. I dunno what that is in Canadian, but you'll be able to afford any of the following:

For that amp, you'll also need this: http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Peavey-Sanpera-II-Guitar-Footswitch?sku=152021

i'd recommend the vypyr or bugera 6262. I'll be getting a 6262 here soon, after playing one in GC the tone was great, really good sounding amp IMHO.
