I recently sold pretty much my entire rig. I was running a V2 ninja head/5150 head in stereo through my Randall XL 400 watt cab. Myself and the rest of my band are in college now (all different colleges) and we simply don't play that much anymore.

That being said, I still have a wonderful half stack that I am VERY content with and now I am sharing it with you guys. Enjoy!

It's a Marshall 6100 30th anniversary head with a Randall MTS cab w/ Vintage 30's. It sounds pretty amazing. I also got a Danelectro Cool Cat overdrive to boost leads a little bit and I have to say, for the price, it is an amazing little pedal.

I attached the images because I don't know how to just put them here like most people do haha Sorry about that.

There you go, you just put the direct link of the photo in the tags.

Anyways, HNAD, I've heard great things about these 6100s.

hmmm I'll look into that. I need a new knob anyway for the master volume as you can tell in the one picture.

I'm almost ashamed to put clips because I don't have an SM57 or anything even remotely close (I use my laptop's internal mic) and it's just crap quality. I'll post somethin anyway but I'm warning that it will not do it justice! This thing sounds GREAT! And can def. pull off heavy up to about Black Label Society. I boost the leads though and don't really play much death metal so it's perfect for me.

Is this Matrix Claw's amp? Did you buy it off him or where did you find this exactly and how much?

Nope, but I got it off TheeHammer on Harmony Central. Traded my V2 ninja head straight up for it. Put a clip on my profile of it...sorry about the quality again guys. It's seriously embarassing to put that quality up for this amp haha

Nice pickup man, ever since I learned Satch used one early in his career I've always wanted one of those. HNAD!

hmm well it's news to me Satch used one! haha That's pretty awesome though. Go to hamony-central.com s classifieds; there is a guy selling one! It's the LM model so it's a little less expensive than mine but it looks minty and I'm sure it's great!

Very, I was actually just talking to him the other day and he was telling me about the V2, I didn't know he traded my 6100 off already, he said he was going to keep it as a collectors item so his kids could have it

Pretty good sound you got there. I'm personally not a marshall fan (Peavey all the way), but this amp has a good sound to it.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I had a Randall V2 ninja and Peavey 5150 before this and would rank it as....3. peavey 2. Randall 1. Marshall

My preference of course (I honestly loved all three and would be happy owning any of them).

I had a feeling....since you just got this and he just got rid of his. Kinda weird that the guy (TheeHammer) flipped it so quick. I'm just glad it is back with a UG'r

that is all that matters.

PSS: MatrixClaw said when he got it that he would never trade it

haha nice! Well let me be the third owner that says I'll never trade it....unless somebody offers me something ridiculous of course

I always loved Marshall tone (JCMs especially) but felt they never had enough gain..With this, I basically have a hot rodded JCM and I love it. I also used to scoop mids, but now I keep the mids around 2 o'clock and it sounds fantastic. Love this amp!

Nice score. I hope you'll be happy with it

Not a big fan of this amp tbh. I had the option to buy this or an early 80's Marshall 2204 and I jumped at the 800. Just sounded more real to me. (More simple and cheaper too)

Don't trade this one for a Randall.
