I currently have two guitars, one in standard and one in drop c. I was wondering if switching the same guitar from standard tuning to drop c and back and forth would mess it up.

Youl be fine, but i wouldnt make a habit of it.

After a while, strings can start losing tuning ability.

ive never had a problem with that. now i have three guitars for the main tunings i use. one for standard/ drop d, one for a half step down, and the last for a full step down.

I,d think it might affect your intonation, but i do know with a FLO>ROSE i would watch for lift or droppage on the back end of the unit , when you change gauges in strings i know it changhes big time

Well I might do it quite often, or I might just switch my guitars and switch my drop c one to my standard and my standard to drop c.
