OK, so there is a 7th chord but before the 7 there is an "0" with a "/" through it.

I have no clue what it means.
I was thinking that may be it was meant omit the 7th or something....but idk

That's called a half diminished chord, commonly known in the jazz world as a 7b5 (seven, flat five) chord.

Look up some shapes online.

Its a m7♭5, not a 7♭5; it needs the minor third.
