On offer is a used (1989) Ramírez model 2cwe Cutaway, with a hardshell case,

worldwide shipping, you pay actual shipping costs....it will vary, I live in Canada.

I recorded my first solo spanish/fingerstyle cd for Candyrat Records with this guitar. It really sounds good. I've included a couple video examples at the end of the listing, check them out for an idea of what it sounds like.

I've played this guitar a lot, many studio and live gigs so...........

Condition--used played condition--NOT "mint", a few scratches & dents, very thin "crack" in finish, which didn't show in the picture, it's never been a problem and most likely never will be. The previous owner put two small holes beside the input/strap button (have no idea why!)
.

The Ramírez model 2E has been our most popular advanced student guitar. Typical Ramirez for superb workmanship and tone.
The guitar is fitted with Solid Cedar top, laminate Indian Rosewood back & sides, Spanish cedar (mahogany) neck and an ebony fretboard.

The Cedar top is a AAA grade, straight grained top as can be seen in the close up photos. Lovely silk or quarter-flower indicates that the top was perfectly quarter-sawn …typical of tops normally found on more expensive guitars. The Indian Rosewood back and sides are lovely grain and color. The purfling joinery at the heel cap and end block is clean and well executed and the fretboard ebony is clear and jet black.

Typical of Ramirez, this 2cwe is a full sounding and well-balanced guitar. The bass if fat and robust with warm clear trebles that balance nicely in context with the bass. The 2E is mainly an advanced student guitar. The ideal stepping-stone guitar for serious players who may eventually move up to a Maestro-Luthier build handmade concert guitar.
