Hey you guys.

I've got a Fender Classic 60's player strat, sounds awesome but now i want an amp that works well with this guitar (my current amp is pretty shitty)

I want to use this amp for practicing at home and in the studio, and maybe gigs later.
SO if someone has an amp that sounds great with a strat, price about 700 dollars, tell me!
(doesn't matter if it's a tube amp or not, i don't know what i want yet)

Thanks!

Depends on what you want your tone to come out like and what style you play. Some people go through fender twins with noiseless pickups and a slight OD for something fat, other people (like me), put a hot rails in and play it through a Peavey XXX for metal.

More info necessary for accurate response.
Do you feel warm within your cage?

And have you figured out yet -

What band(s) have a tone you would like to emulate? (Do not use genres for they are far too broad and filled with many tones)

Are you willing to go used?

What other gear to do you have?

I play all kinds of stuff,

Arctic Monkeys, RHCP (mostly the Blood Sugar Sex Magik stuff, i like how John's guitar sounds on that album), Led Zeppelin, John Mayer, punk / rock stuff.

I have an EHX LPB-1 and a Behringer vintage tube overdrive pedal.
Thanks!

you could look at a peavey classic 30
telling us what you play would help

In that case, TS, this would be my choice. Personally I love Peavey, though. They're my preference for amps.
