i'm about to buy some new strings to put on my cruiser by crafter acoustic, and i dont know which strings to buy. is there a difference between the bronze strings and nickel ones? which ones would be best?
My Rig:
American Standard Telecaster
Fender Starcaster
Sp. Edition Jack Daniels Strat (Modded)
Vox AC15CC1

Stuff I've Built:
Telecaster Deluxe

i use phospor bronze d'addarios on some of my guitars as phosphor bronze is less bright than bronze, but when i want more warmth as well as less brightness, i use silk and steels. nickel last less long, bronze tends to be bright, which is good for a very dark toned or muddy guitar. it just depends on what sound you're looking for.
