dont no if ill get any serious answers but oh well..

create a context.
bring up a question with respect to the effect of representing certain values in films.
create finer statements about the representation of specific values in the films.
compare the representation of those values wrt both films.
state your conclusions/recommendations (which should reflect your initial question)...

thats the outline for what we have to do, now can any1 sort explain that to me in easy to understandterms?

You just need to pick a value (e.g. intellectualism, honesty, narcissism) and compare how two films bring this issue up, and what they have to say about it.

And don't bring up some little thing in a film, e.g. characters talking about cannabis. It has to be an over-all (and perhaps even indirect) treatment of a subject, e.g. how 1984 deals with stalinism.
