Hello! I'm going to order a custom guitar soon...and the most important thing in a guitar, is the neck in my opinion.
I currently have a thin neck (17mm 1st nut thickness and 19mm 12th fret thickness) and I'm really tall...like 6.33ft(1.93 meters). I'm going to need a thicker neck but WHAT profile shape? My choices are: D/U/C shape. I'm a shredder and I like playing fast.
Can you guys help me out?

I like slim necks really.
not too slim though.
The Ibanez necks are thin and flat, and sorta wider at the top and bottom.
This was amazing for sweeping.
Thin necks help you play fast.
The less wood a neck has, the more it effects the tone.
So if you don't care so much about speed just get a regular sized neck.
Les Pauls are famous for their baseball bat necks.
Which a lot of players, even those that play very fast love.
So really, there are factors, but

JinJan is right, TRY THEM FIRST.
Give them all a go.

the most comfortable neck for you will be determined by the size and shape of your hands, go to a guitar store and try out some guitars and see what necks you like.

This is true, I have a pretty big hand, and I dont find, lets say like Ibanez necks they are to slim for me. The perfect neck for me is Jackson, Gibson, and and the LTD I tried.
Panties 'round your knees
With your ass in debris
Doin' dat grind with a push and squeeze
Tied up, tied down, up against the wall
Be my rubbermade baby
An' we can do it all

My way - your way
Anything goes tonight

Best neck I've ever played on was a Charvel San Dimas era superstrat

If you can try one out, to me it blew every Ibanez out of the water for feel

Im thinking about the D or U.
Im more into Megadeth and Dave Mustaine seems to be using a D shaped neck. It's not a coincidence about the speed music he's playing

The way you said that made it sound like Dave Mustaine picked up a D shaped neck'd guitar one day, and then speed metal came out, as if playing a U shape would have him playing a different genre...

Bear in mind, the shape isn't everything, there are other factors.
Just find a neck you like, and say "I want it like that" rather than trying to guess with shape names and all that.

No, it's like....every neck shape is good for a different style of playing
Thicker necks are good for speed, and stuff like dat
