Im experiencing some buzz on the low e string and I'm unsure how to fix it. I just switched from light to medium gauge which I can imagine is the problem. Any solutions??

Is the string buzzing all over, or just in one general area?

If your getting buzz throughout the length of the neck, then just raise your action. If you only get buzz at the first 5 or so frets, then you don't have enough relief in your neck and you need a small truss adjustment. If the buzz is only in the middle, then you have too much relief.

What he said^, plus if your using a thicker gauge then perhaps your not used to them and are not fretting hard enough?

Could be worse. Though from time to time, I would like to shoot them with rocket-propelled chainsaws.
