WTF Weezer?, you talk about how bad rap is, and how you talk about one rapper timberlan in "Pork and Beans" and now you have Lil Wayne in the new album
#2
just because they dont like rap music doesnt mean they can't collaborate with rappers. Lil Wayne can span genres

No they cant expand genre's! Lil Wayne is the worst, Weezer used to be really good
#7
They don't actually insult him because he's a rapper on Pork and Beans... the lyrics are:

"Everyone likes to dance to a happy song/ With a catchy chorus and a beat so they can sing along/ Timberland knows the way to reach the top of the chart/ Maybe if I work with him I can perfect the art"

So they seemingly have a dig (if it is indeed a dig at all) because Timberland writes and produces catchy stuff, even though Weezer came out with Buddy Holly and Beverly Hills, two stupidly catchy ass songs. Hypocrites.

Its about marketing and selling their album.

Anything with Lil' Wayne = money
The lake was silent for some time. Finally it said:
"I weep for Narcissus, but I never noticed that Narcissus was beautiful. I weep because, each time he knelt beside my banks, I could see, in the depths of his eyes, my own beauty reflected."

Naw, I listen to metal because I think it's cool. No other reason, just listen to it to impress people with how much stuff they don't know and we don't have in common. It's how I stay a hermit.

Just cause a rapper's in a mainstream rock album dosn't mean anything bad. Besides Lil Wayne likes to do stuff with popular tweeny-pop bands anyways.

Learn how to be open minded and you wont come by as a 10 year old metalhead who posts on youtube talking about how everything other than what you like is "teh sux and ghey."

Weezer has been going mostly downhill since Pinkerton -- Pinkerton was a long time ago, so that a a pretty sizable hill.

The biggest problem I have with Can't Stop Partying is that it used to be a good song before Raditude.

So, Weezy is on Weezer's album?
Sounds like the smoking section of a club. All they need is to bring Weezing along, and it's a cigarette party.

I want in on that party.

Weezy, Weezer, and Weezing

Little Wayne is shit.

I mean, I don't listen to rap,
but his rhyming and lyrics are altogether uninspired.

Plus, he talks like a retard and all the kids who think they're cool at my school try to talk like him.

...

BTW, which song is he on? I want to pass judgment.
Blindfolds aside I'd probably still close my eyes

And try to feel a trembling fetal life inside
