im trying to delete files on my computer but it won't let me, it keeps saying that i need permision to delete this file. there is only one user and thats me, im set as the admin why can'y i delete it?

You have to take ownership of it. Try this guide:

If you reinstalled the OS, the file still technically belongs to the OLD Admin account that you had before.
