I've been learning Myles's solo from Alter bridge and it has a a few bends that are like one and a half steps on the 20th fret on the b string.

My fingers are absolutely stuffed. They feel bruised and really sore. I's this normal? Am I bending wrong and causing this damage to my fingers?

Also I would really appreciate some advice on how to shake the note at the top of such a huge bend like that. And maybe just some advice generally on vibrato at the top of a bend.

For all bends and vibrato, the strength comes from your wrist, not your fingers. It just takes practice.

Junior's usually at least a little terse, but he knows his stuff. I've always read his posts in a grouchy grandfather voice, a grouchy grandfather with a huge stiffy for alternate picking.
Besides that, he's right this time. As usual.
