I have been having some problems with sustain on one of my guitars and have been tinkering with a few things to try and improve the problem. Some of the notes on the upper frets die out rather quickly.
What is the suggested adjustment to improve this problem?
I expect your action is ust a litttle to low. I had a similar problem once and adjustic my tunematic bridge by about half a twist of the screw seemed enough to cancel that prob.
could be the type of woods (i believe mahogany `deadens` the tone, but cant say for sure), could be old strings, could be a bad neck joint...if its only that one guitar it cant be gear...
