I bought a Fender DRRI and the reverb knob was bent quite significantly in transit. I need to claim it on the courier's insurance cover, so how can I find out how much it costs to replace etc? I doubt there'd be anyone in my town that'd do it. In Australia by the way.
Epiphone Les Paul Standard
Fender MIM Standard Strat
Fender Deluxe Reverb
Digitech Bad Monkey
Electro Harmonix Big Muff
Ernie Ball VP Junior 250k
Dunlop Cry Baby Wah

If it is strictly just the knob shaft that got bent I really don't think it would cost much in terms of parts or labor. $100 tops. There has to be a shop in Australia or NZ that could give you an estimate over the phone (email).

Here's a pic. I'll email some people and ask.

Can you take that hex nut off? I'm curious if the shaft is bent or if the pot behind it broke or what. I don't suppose you can get a picture of the inside? You might be able to fix this yourself if you are familiar with electronics.
