Hey guys, I'm trying to learn the solo to Metallica's "One" and there's really only one part confusing me.

Right after the whole tapping intro to it, like the part on the E string, and the two arpeggios on the B, there's a tapping riff that goes from the 17th fret on the B all the way down to the 5th, and the way it's tabbed is confusing to the way it sounds. It can be found at 5:53 in the song, in case you don't know what I'm talking about.. Any help here as to how to play this riff?

*also if I'm posting in the wrong forum let me know and I'll move it*

yea ur in the wrong forum, you would ask this in the guitar tech.

but what u do is

you tap the 17th fret (note E) and you slide down so like this

B----17(t)----12-/-10----17(t)---10-/-8----etc etc etc-

here is a video if to help as well
