hi, im just tryin out htis valerian stuff to help me sleep better

so far i guess it works half decent, my gf says i thrash around while i sleep when i take it though.

wondering if anybody else has tried it

Doesn't actually improve sleep quality, though it might make you sleepy. May actually give you sleeping difficulties with chronic use.


Properly used low dose melatonin can work wonders for helping to reduce sleep latency and improve sleep quality, but you need to pay attention to proper sleep hygiene or its not as beneficial.

Same goes with any other sleeping aid really.

Valerian root is great. It's natural, so there's nothing to worry about.

I took Valerian for a while and it really didn't do anything for me. Then I was put on Temazepam, so I took both and that seemed to work alright.
