So im thinking of getting an interface.

Whats the most/best equipment I can get for like £120?

Im talking interface and/or a mic.

I want it basically for recording myself. I will be recording full band, but individually.

This is what i'm thinking about getting at the moment - one of the following:

Is the behringer any good? It's a bloody good price!

But i'm thinking the Alesis more as I already have a mic, and according to their website, comes with Cubase 5 LE - major bonus for me.

None of those will make it easy to record a full band. Having 2 inputs for drums is a serious hassle.
