Take your pick. Be more specific if you want a more appropriate recommendation. I highly recommend the first two, though if you explain what exactly you mean by "trippy" I might be able to think of something else. These are just the first things to come to mind when I thought of "trippy".

Edit: Added a bunch more. You can check reviews or synopses or something if you need something to help you narrow it down.

I saw the Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus recently, so so trippy! If you try and explain the plot to someone you'll realise that you can't

Yea totally, when the credits were rolling I felt like I had just snapped out of a week long LSD binge. I'm still trying to figure out if I should ask for my money back or buy another ticket.

bajeda, you've got nice taste in films, dude. Definetely Eraserhead, anything Lynch or Cronenberg (i think ExistenZ is better than Videodrome) in general will trip you out. Miyazaki won't necessarily trip you out, but it's great anyway, maybe Spirited Away is the most trippy?

Also,

Cube - brilliant

The Animatrix

12 Monkeys - also brilliant

In the Mouth of Madness (Event Horizon - another good Sam Neill Horror), any film based on something by Stephen King - well ok, not anything

Old school sci-fi, Logan's Run, Planet of the Apes - the original, not the recent crappiness with Marky Mark Whalberg

...So many more that i can't think of right now

eraserhead is boring as hell.

fear and loathing isn't that good.

eternal sunshine is a joke.

however... i think koyaanisqatsi qualifies as a truly "trippy" film. but i doubt anyone here has seen it.

same with adaptation.

It's "visual" trippy, but not psychological or philosophical trippy.

I'm still not quite sure what the TS is looking for, so suggested a combination of both.

I wasn't a huge fan of koyaanisqatsi, though having to watch it class may have taken away from the experience
