Hi guys!

I was wondering if anybody knows of any exercises that will help in Eric Johnson style chords?
I'm not asking for HOW he comes up with such chords, but he uses techniques such as barring (on all his fingers), big stretches etc. It's the barring in particular that I need help with, but also general accuracy (i.e. clarity in the notes that I want ringing, and effective muting in the notes that I don't!)

If there are any exercises, or maybe more helpful, any books that specialize in this kind of area, I'd be very grateful

Thanks!

EDIT: Also, would buying something to strengthen my fingers help? Such as this..
