Apologies if something like this has been asked before!
Thinking about getting a Blackstar HT-5 and was wondering if there was much difference between the combo and the head-and-cabinet solution, other than the combo being one unit of course!
They cost roughly the same, so are there any differences in sound or other pros and cons involved in having them separate or together?
Cheers

Combo = tube rattle.
Heads = crazy amounts of versatility.

That's the way I see it.

Combo = 10" speaker and awkward controls if you decide to attach a cab.
Head = freedom to use whatever you like.

I'm very happy with my HT-5 and JCM 800 4x12 combination.
