I have my bass Grade 5 exam in a week, and i only know two arpeggios off by heart. I know all my scales and stuff i just have trouble remembering arpeggios for some reason, can you guys hit me with some advice?
How to learn them quickly, how to practice for the exam etc.?

Well there just the 1st,3rd,5th and last note, If you can remember the scales you can remember the arpeggios. Just learn them by heart.

As Sam said, arpeggios are easy to remember if you know your scales. For example, take the D minor 7 arpeggio. The notes would be D (the root), F (the minor third), A (the fifth) and C (the minor 7th.

Play It Alot, Play It And Mean it. Associate a tune with it. Thats what im doing
Ask for copies to take home with you.

Is this on upright or electric? If it's electric, you can just use the same form and go through the circle of fourths/fifths or whatever. If it's upright, I'm not sure. Haven't been playing long enough.

^ well upright is the same, except you try and find ways of playing the same notes in as few positions so you dont have to move around as much.
