Hi, Ive sold my Fender Strat and made 600 dollars (dont ask me how). Anyway, I want to buy a more aggressive style guitar than before. So, 22-24 frets, humbuckers, a decent floyd rose and a strat/superstrat shape. I really want this guitar to ace at stuff like EVH, GNR, Satch and Vai. I dont want any Les Pauls/Teles/SGs.

Thank you very much

EDIT: ACTUALLY, MAKE THAT 500 DOLLARS

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

theres a lot of LTD's with Floyd rose's out there, bt if you could expand your budget a hundred or so you could easily get a wide selection of those, and if yo went used, maybe a shecter? i don't think they do floyd rose though...

The Jackson DX10D is a great super strat, has the specs you're looking for and the Licensed Floyd has given me no problem over the last five years.

Check out some other Jacksons in this price range as well- some used DK2s or DKMGs perhaps?

I guess you could look at some lower end Jacksons, Schecters etc.

But they will most likely be cheap floyds that won't be overly reliable. Mind you i've had good experiences with jackson licensed floyds i've used.

DBZ guitars, love'em. Especially their Les Piccolo model.
