I personally love getting home after a long day and listening to grateful dead and bands like that.
When an adult has one imaginary friend it's called insanity. When lots of adults have the same imaginary friend it's called religion.

I listen to metal actually. I love classical and all but when I'm just chilling I like to listen to metal. I usually have to be a certain mood to listen to classical. I also listen to rap when relaxing, especially Nas. Go right on ahead and flame me, I deserve it

Post-rock. Especially God Is An Astronaut, and Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Mainly because their the only post-rock bands I have

Anything mellow by Devin Townsend is pretty damn relaxing. That guy is the most underated musician of our time I think. He can play just about anything and excel at it too.

Ki.

But yes, very. Oh, and The Hummer and his So Be It stuff he put on Youtube... basically what you said about anything mellow

I listen to those and some Grateful Dead or Pink Floyd or something of the like(Sigur Ros, Mogwai and Ravi Shankar are other good ones...) if I'm in a relaxie/meditative mood

Usually when I'm "relaxing", I just listen to the stuff I would listen to whenever I'm just in my room...chilling. My mood sort of dictates what is I'm listening to exactly, but I find that lately, when I just need to chill out, I've been putting on some mellow Opeth, or just the more mellow, relaxed stuff that's in my library.
