As we as mùm. Also from Iceland. AMAZING band.

I couldn't begin to count the "foreign" bands I listen to. I listen to music from all over, and a lot, at that. So I'm not going to go through it all.

I'll say Boards of Canada, though. They're from Scotland. Just felt like mentioning them.

Fine then: bands that don't sing in English.

Go somewhere you can contribute something worthwhile, nobody's trying to get cred from strangers on the internet, we were just wanting to discuss different types of music and you come in here and sour things up.

I'm Norwegian so... and all the known bands from Norway I've heard sucks anyway.. (yeah, you heard right; a Norwegian who don't like Dimmu Borgir and Gorgoroth)

But there are underground (not black/death metal) bands in Norway that sounds good.

Yes I agree completely, there are way too many foreign bands I listen too to count, it would probably be much easier to count non foreign bands. I've been really getting into Icelandic music lately, Sigur Rós, mùm, We Made God, Sólstafir, Ólafur Arnalds, Stafraenn Hakon, Worm is Green, they are all great.

Also, based only on your location's reference to Red Sparowes and Pelican, and your mention of mùm and Boards of Canada, I think I'm in musical love with you.

What about stuff like Black Debbath, The Soundbyte, the 3rd and the Mortal, Calmcorder, and 1099? They are all great non black metal Norwegian bands.
