It's a bit harsher and more compressed than the IIC+. But it's still a great sound, very punchy. Great value at this point too as it still sounds quite similar to the IIC+ and typically sells for half the price. The FX loop doesn't work that great. The cleans are awesome though, definitely some of the best I've heard. I'd make sure it's got the 12AX7 instead of the fetron though. The one I've played with a fetron sounded like ass.
