I'm talking about an actual, physical copy of a CD, not a download. Yesterday I bought two albums, Frances the Mute - Mars Volta and Nirvana - Live at Reading. I'm sure more people than me still buy their music from record stores. At least I hope so.

Think of that next time you are not allowed to laugh.

For myself it was the new Bon Jovi record. Though I also brought my sister the album by that boy band from X-factor, I forget their name. I only ever get my music from albums or spotify. I just can't stand not having something physical to put in a CD player.

Dan I and King Kietu - Rastafari Judgement Fire.

I've literally only just put it in the CD player after getting it in the post.

Death Magnetic was the newest released CD I bought that I can think of. I also bought ...And Justice For All and The Toadies - Rubberneck to replace the originals I had lost.

I have to have CD's of certain bands that have good albums that are either timeless or important to me. The rest I just download.

Muse - The Resistance
Rise Against - Appeal To Reason
Rise Against - Swan Song Of The Counter Culture
Rise Against - The Suffering & The Witness
The Ting Tings - We Started Nothing
Incubus - S.C.I.E.N.C.E.
Rodrigo Y Gabriela - 11:11
Chevelle - Sci-Fi Crimes
Nirvana - In Utero (mainly replacing my lost copy)
Mudvayne - Lost And Found

I actually buy all my music in albums... i think i got those all on the same day at Hot Topic and FYE.

EDIT: I just realized that is a rather strange list... someone's bound to laugh at the 5th one. My next trip will include Dredg, Kidneythieves, Boyhitscar, Evans Blue, Jem, The Butterfly Effect, and maybe Three Days Grace's first albums. Other contenders are 30 Seconds To Mars and Alter Bridge's first album.

Bought five albums last i bought which is about 2 weeks ago.

The Band - The Band, Nirvana - Unplugged in New York, John Lennon - Imagine, Ray Charles - The definitive, The Who - Who's next.

I buy a lot of albums on cd and none on the internet, cause i like to hold the cover in my hand (and read the folder) and to put the real cd in my cd player. It is bad arguments, but the older albums are actually cheaper in my music store than on the internet (unless you download illegal).
