Ok right now I use Ernie Ball skinny top heavy bottoms and they are .10-.52. I want to switch to 10-46's and I was wondering if that will mess up the intonation and will I need to adjust the truss rod or not. Or can I just switch them and nothing will change? Thanks.

I really don't think there will be a difference from 52-46, it's not a massive change.

You will need to adjust the intonation slightly for the strings that have changed gauge significantly, but in the case of the truss rod it will probably depend on how much it affects the action. Probs not enough to notice.
