I just bought a new schecter synyster custom and I want a good amp that will give me the sound of a7x(or close to it) plz give some suggestions.

Although why not just go for what sound you like? Especially since you dont play in A7x nor are you synyster gates.... just a minor suggestion.

I know but I like the way synyster sounds But i like something like the sound of the guitar in the song walk by pantera. Any suggestions for that?

THIS. First off, I'm pretty sure he uses a Marshall JCM2000, which is WAY out of your budget. Second - do you play in an A7X tribute band? I hope not. If your sole aim in playing guitar is to sound like someone else, you have failed life. I think it was Bob Dylan who said "Kill your idols." Think about that.

You know wat dude. Your right I'm gonna try to sound the way I think I should sound but still play some a7x once in a while thx.
