So I've recently been turned on to the Bugera V22, and I wanted to know from owners how versatile it is.

I know that it can do a pretty sweet overdrive, but what are the cleans like? Also, what does it sound like when it's just breaking up? Are there any issues with the fact that it's so cheap (only $350)?

Also, does anyone have experience with the V5?

The resonant frequency of the clitoris is too low for the guitar players to take care of.

The major issue with Bugera is their reliability. They've become slightly more reliable though.

I think they're pretty good. Every company is gonna have reliability issues when they start out. But for the price, I'd get it ( only if you're on a tight budget tho)

Ok sounds good enough.

But I also found out that they were owned by Behringer...which doesn't sound good enough.

Bingo, big difference. Behringer is their pipeline to the mainstream public, really.

So Behringer isn't responsible for overseeing the maufacturing of Bugera amps, just distributing them? Because aren't they are relatively new brand?

Cool. So I couldn't find many videos on youtube of the V5 or V22, so what do you guys have to say about what they sound like?

Apparently the new Bugera amps are Marshall rip offs.. well the 1990 etc are.
I personally haven't played any of the new ones because NZ sucks.

The V series are supposed to be based on Bad Cat/Matchless amps, and as far as I know, they don't have reliability issues like the 333/6260 did.
