hello pit. im in a class in my uni. and its basically like a health/workout class. and we have to do a FIT project. work out plans etc. anyways im doing the crosstraining. which the guy in my group had told me is basically things you do when your not training to get exercise ie walk everywhere hike swim bike etc. i looked on google wiki etc and it has said nothing like that. its basically said that its just combining different exercises and things together. but i know the examples pay group mate gave me are what we are supposed to be doing. so i guess what im asking is. could the fine people here help me out with some ideas, websites that might have info and things like that to help me out?
I didn't hate you until I tried to read that incoherent puddle of words you seemed to have spilled in this thread. Just go on wikipedia.
