Hi everyone,

Well i'm looking for a tube amp for playing mainly rock stuff (u2, muse,...) but only for home no band or gig so i think a need a low wattage amp. My budget is 300$ and i'm using a strat as a guitar.

Thanks for your responses.

SS peavey Vypyr if you have to stay under 300 but im sure theres some other options but if you could fork up 50$ extra a bugera v22 would be a good choice. The only thing you might want would be like a over drive pedal if its somthing that's real heavey but they have a nice crunch channel.

For Rock and Hard rock, if you can swing a bit more money, I bet you can find a used Blackstar HT-5 or Marshall Class 5 for this stuff, and both'd be good
